COMPETE & TRAIN
Traveling to multiple tournaments, weeks at a time means lots of match play and training. Like the pros, juniors experience international play and train daily. Many sites and hotels have fitness centers and fitness is provided by Paul Pisani.
Unique Tennis Opportunity
Kilray Elite Tennis, Galindo International Tennis, and Pisani Training have come together to create a unique opportunity for two to four players starting in late 2025 or 2026 who have the sole goal of professional tennis and playing the slams. Today's tennis landscape is as difficult as ever to navigate. What we will do is create a team who communicates in an all inclusive atmosphere to produce world class players. The players will not only have a full time academy in Florida , but a full time travel coach who navigates the ITF tour and a full time fitness coach that has grand slam experience. Everyone will understand their role to produce the best possible world class players. This opportunity is unique because we will not seek to expand players, thus giving the absolute
attention to the players selected. The prices will be all inclusive meaning no additional for the trainer or travel.
WHO
We are looking for players and parents that have the goal of professional tennis for their child. There is nothing wrong with college tennis or recreational tennis but this is an opportunity for players aspiring for one common goal. That goal is to eventually be on TV some Monday night at the US Open or for the players' parents to have to wake up at 3am to follow them at the Australian Open. These players have to be elite in
not only ability but work ethic as well.
Ages
The age of the players we are looking for are between 12 and 14 years old. This is important because the core of this idea is for the players to grow and feed off of one another throughout this tennis journey.
What's Included
This package is all inclusive. The full time academy ( Galindo International, Isaac and Gerard Galindo ) is located 45 minutes south of Orlando and 45 east of Tampa, Florida. Lodging and three meals a day in conjunction with five hours of training are included. The players will experience a private curriculum with access to pro and college players. This will not be an academy format. The off the court training with pro trainer Paul Pisani is included virtually daily while at base in Lakeland, Florida as well as on the road. While on the road all coaching via Kilray Elite Tennis and personally Brent Kilray is included. Hotel fees and plane tickets are also included in the road costs. When on the road players are only responsible for their food and entry fees. All event scheduling, mentorship, and travel plans will also be handled by staff. There is also flexibility to change training locations temporarily if weather is not looking good for an extended period of time.
Cost
The cost will be between $4250 and $5500 per month per player. The payment schedule will be discussed at the time of acceptance. There will be some flexibility but a 100% commitment to the process will be expected.
Try Out Process
The tryout process will be completed in five steps after interest is shown and a tennis video is approved.
1) A five day period on court at Galindo International. Parents or guardians will attend. The cost is $100 per day to cover training. Brent Kilray will also be present.
2) A week long off the court trial with Paul Pisani. Cost will be $100 for the week and can run concurrently with the period at Galindo International.
3) A one week event abroad with the Kilray Elite Tennis team. A parent or guardian has to be present. The player is responsible for their own accommodations although with the team it is suggested. The fee is $25 a day or $175 for the week. Depending on age this will be a COTECC or ITF J30 event.
4) A week staying alone at Galindo International. The cost will be $1200 and all meals are included.
5) A tournament abroad with, Kilray Elite Tennis's team. The cost is $75 a day and will cover coaching and lodging. The player will be responsible for plane tickets, food and entry.
Player Expectations
Players selected for this opportunity must not just be motivated and talented athletes but also hold the highest regard for tennis both on and off the court. These young players must understand that they have to act in a professional manner long before their first dollar is made. The players must keep up with their studies and receive above average grades. Waking up early will be a fixture for this program. If your body is not used to being active at 6am then how will you ever excel in 8am matches. Players will be traveling about 4 months a year and might increase to 5 months once the players turn 16 years old. The primary focus for these players will be the ITF tour.
